Analysis of the Results of the 2023 BPS Data Needs Survey for Pasuruan Regency

Indoensia's Official Statistics(BPS), as one of the organizerspublic services that provide statistical data and information, on an ongoing basisstrives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS hasorganizes SKM regularly every year which is integrated intoin Data Requirements Survey (SKD). This survey besides aims toget the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, tooaims to identify data needs and satisfaction levelsconsumers regarding the quality of data produced by BPS.The report on the results of the 2023 SKD implementation is presented in the form of a publicationentitled "Analysis of the 2023 BPS Data Needs Survey Results". This publicationcontains an overview of consumer data needs and perceptionsconsumers regarding the performance of BPS PST services and consumer perceptionson the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in the publicationThis includes the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and Anti-Perception IndexCorruption (IPAK).
